1 Open on a sick man in a doctor's office. A nurse is examining him.  

NURSE
Okay, do you smoke?

MAN
No.

NURSE
Do you drink alcohol regularly?

MAN
No.

VO
He won't tell her that he's been inhaling crystal meth.

2 Examination continues. Nurse listens to man's lungs. He coughs when he breaths in.  

NURSE
Deep breath…

MAN
(cough)

VO
Because he doesn't know… the house he moved into was once a crystal meth lab and is still toxic.

NURSE: I'll be right back.
